Feline Therapy Programme (Jan 2018)

Feline Therapy Programme (FTP) is an event organised by NUS CatCafe where participants get the chance to interact with trained therapy cats. This semester, we continued to collaborate with Cats Safari Singapore to bring the programme to NUS students. Cats Safari Singapore is a registered cat rescue group that was established in 2015 by Voices For Animals. They focus on three aspects of cat welfare, namely: cat rescue, adoption/rehoming, and sterilisation.

We held two one-hour sessions of FPT on 26th January. Even though it was raining heavily when the participants were getting to the venue, it didn’t reduce their excitement about meeting the fluffy felines at all! Let’s take a look!

If you missed this semester’s FTP, don’t worry! We have other events (such as Cat Walk) coming up soon. Stay tuned!
